I need more 4064 or some 4895. Making .223 loads for the AR and reduced cast loads for my M14 build

With lot number L-3318 of the D4198 My AR ran reliably from 19 gr - 22 gr with no pressure signs. That being said, you should probably work up your own loads because the lot numbers might change.
What powder measure were you using with your 4198? How did it meter?
