Troy SAR (Side Action Rifle) ???

I find it very cool that Troy is working around state restrictions with these interesting PAR and SAR rifles.
But I am also terrified that this may become the future of AR style rifles here in Canada.
I have mixed feelings about these obviously.

Can the folding stock be converted to a normal AR style adjustable stock with say a Magpul CTR?

I would definitely be interested in buying one if it is released as a non-restricted rifle. I like to hunt and shoot in the country and would get a lot more use out of this rifle. I would buy a normal AR in a heartbeat if non restricted, I had several while I lived in US. I have no desire to have a restricted rifle and only be able to shoot paper at the range. I hope is is released in Canada soon.
