Do you believe the Discreet Plate Carrier could accommodate a back plate that would be 11.75 X 14?
I have a set of plates I am not using because I can't find a carrier to fit that back plate.
I like the Discreet Plate Carrier, since I could add my chest rig over....when ever I feel like adding weight to my training

I just measured a Discrete Plate Carrier and the armour pockets are exactly 12" wide from stitching to stitching - so I'm going to say that when you take the depth of a plate into account your back plate won't fit, sorry.
