All repairs & warranty work require a RMA# and that's what we require when you contact the warranty department to get status on your repair/warranty work. Unfortunately, "Gmoney47" or "serial number ends with 79" does not provide enough information. Despite the popular belief, the warranty department do not check CGN nor do they have the spare time for this, therefore this forum is not an outlet to ask for warranty status.
