I've owned one for a few years now, fascinating gun. With todays labour cost would be very expensive to produce.

Very nice shooter especially with the shoulder stock, pretty accurate too, but is not too fussy with cast or soft nose bullets.

My brother recently bought one. It was his "great white buffalo" as he said.

I own one of these and have brass, dies, and bullets. What I don't have are the stripper clips that make loading the magazine a two hand operation instead of a five hand operation. I have tried the stripper clips for 7.62 x 25 mm as I understand the cartridge dimensions are the same (but loaded to lower pressure, I know), but they don't seem to work as they seem too big to fit properly into the pistol. Does anyone know where I can get the proper stripper clips for the Mauser C96?

    Thanks
