$30 flat rate shipping charge to ship 2 rimfire magazines doesn’t seeem very low. What was it before the new low rate?

Tenda, for those who order more than $300 and choose to pick up at your store, since you don't have to ship, would you pass those savings onto local buyers? $10 off? $20 off? $30 off?????
