The 17 rounds and 21 rounds magazine can be imported to Canada?
Yes, but have to be pinned to 10.
I ordered 5 mags for my MP 15-22 from brownells, they were the full 25 rounders. CBSA opened the package and taxed me and allowed them thru.
AFAIK an particular individual can purchase bigger mags and have them pinned once they get them.

For those who want an M17, the pistols in the OP's pic aren't it. (That is why they said "P320".)
For those who want an M17, they're coming, but they're not available yet.

So, if this isn't the M17 what is it? Just a FDE P320? If so, wouldn't that constitute false/misleading advertising by IRG? Why the premium cost over a regular P320 if no manual safety or MRDS Mounting Plate?

Here's the Army Times press release

The OP appears to be selling an FDE P320 - not bloody likely IRG is getting the M17 before the rest of the Army. Nice try
IRG - what say you?!? I could live with an FDE P320 if it comes with the MRDS Plate for the Romeo Red Dot Sight.

Sig Sauer, the maker of the U.S. Army's Modular Handgun System, intends to sell a special, commercial version of the full-size MHS 9mm pistol. "We are planning to do a limited release of about 5,000 of the Army variant of the M17 for the commercial market," Tom Taylor, Sig Sauer's chief marketing officer and executive vice president for commercial sales, told Military.com. "The timing is not finalized yet, but it looks to be late spring." The commercial version will be almost identical to the Army-issue, full-size MHS, except it will not have the anti-tamper mechanism for the striker action, nor will it have the special coatings on some of the internal parts that help it maintain lubricity under harsh conditions, Taylor said. The Army MHS comes standard with a frame-mounted thumb safety. The commercial version will be available with or without the thumb safety, depending on customer preference, Taylor said.

I placed an order yesterday. If the pistols that you receive do not have the MRDS Mounting Plate like the genuine M17, then I will be seeking a refund without the 25% restocking fee based on the confusion surrounding exactly what you are selling at this time. If it is just an otherwise stock FDE P320 I am not interested. I paid for an M17 and if this is not it (or at least a reasonable facsimile with the same features), then a no-penalty refund is only fair in my view. Watch and shoot, depending on the actual photos of the guns enroute to IRG. I take it that if you are wating for the actual pistols to show up, the FDE P320s in the OP photo are not necessarily what you are advertising as an M17? So much potential, for confusion with this specific item/sale....
