    Faxon classification

    I believe Faxon was trying to get NR classification on their lower/ ARAK21. Any news on this? And the 31? Or is it sure they'd go as AR variant?

    We never submitted the lower for classification, so we're not sure where this stands.

    Updated today - Faxon XRS-C (ARAK) classified as Prohibited

    is the lower of the prohibited shelf design? Like the full auto "capable lower"?

    It is an AR15 type firearm... Nothing like an AK...

    Listed as prohib as full auto / easily converted.
