As per current spam laws and their TOS, they are allowed to consider creating an account as implied permission for their newsletter distribution, therefore just creating a new account adds you to the subscriber list.

Hmm, they have implied info collection permission via transactions but apparently a different permission system for marketing, not sure if they overlap. (These are likely Shopify terms)
Either way, I've emailed their support enquiring. If I get a response before they post here, I'll update.

Same here; don't see a newsletter signup or opt-in link.

(Went to the retail location a few weeks ago. Treated exceptionally kindly, learned something about pistols and proper fit/grip, despite not being in position to buy. I would definitely consider purchasing there, as soon as I get my storage/safe installed.)

Agreed and yes, I signed up! Missed an opportunity on a great buy a short while due to the Minister of Finance not approving so close to Christmas. This would be perfect for me to get out more and finally introducing my kids to pistol shooting.

Sorry for any confusion. By creating an account, you are automatically entered into the draw. Some will unsubcribe from our mailing list after recieving newsletters, and cannot participate. Our Shopify system, depending on platform, will give "guest customers" without accounts an option upon checkout to subscribe. I will make an edit to be more clear in the OP.

On the top corner of our website is a link to log-in/create an account. On mobile phones you must scroll to the bottom of the menu to the left to find the link.
