    it was just not very smart way to deal with a question like that, given this rifle's Canadian encounter.

    That was really unfortunate.
    It's really a good rifle. I personally love it more the more I shoot it.

    Maybe the importer should take some interest in the quality of product they bring into the country???? Especially considerable amounts that have been hyped up for some time? Not saying retailers shouldn't also take some responsibility, but they wouldn't even have them in the first place if it wasn't for the distributor/importer..

    The crooked receivers are a known defect with some of the current rifles. I would expect that a retailer would ensure that known defects are not passed on to their customers.
