Midway will not ship to forwarders. Or process any orders with Canadian billing addresses.

IRG is probably a good place to get it from, as are many other MTM dealers. They are a widely available brand.

1) There are many mail forwarding services - they can't know them all. Try OpticPlanet. They have the same item.
2) Have your credit card company add an alternative billing address (same as forwarders address) to your file. Problem solved!

Yes. VISA allows you to set up a 'secondary billing address'. I have mine set up as a US shipping address that I use and its never been a problem. Just need to call VISA and have them add your secondary billing address.
