there is little demand in a $3000 restricted 9mm sub gun there would be a hell of alot more demand for a non restricted version

We tried to get the price of the mags down, but it is what it is unfortunately. Probably too small of volumes.

While we realize this gun isn't for everyone, but we do get a lot of requests to bring in. It is a very rare exotic and just about the closest one can get to an MP5 here in Canada.

I think for me what’s stopping me is the year to 18 month wait for them.

Good things come to those that wait

Despite a large waiting list interest, hasnt been too great on this one, we probably won't do another for 3+ years at best.

Hey all. Just throwing this out. I have a SAF and a Mini. I've sold most of my other smg size pcc's as after taking them out side by side with the Famae's I never shot them anymore. There are tons of cool options out there now, and yes basically all are cheaper, but for a reason. 'they don't build them like they used to' applies to most new stuff, but not the SAF's.

These are all steel (not aluminum) and are actually built like tanks. Quality is fantastic, and they’re actually a ton of fun to shoot. It’s hard to get an appreciation for what they’re like unless you’ve gotten the chance to handle/shoot one. I think they’d be a lot more popular if more people got that chance (anyone from or passing through Sask feel free to dm me if you want to try one out sometime).

The price is a lot to swallow, but like onetwentyish said a few pages back, you’re getting what you pay for in a relative sense. And they are rare in Canada, if that’s your thing. There are pistol mags that can be modded to fit these, and .40cal mags work too..

Famae's a difficult factory to work with, and from what I know does stuff on their own schedule - but the stuff does get here eventually, and it's only a partial deposit. Plus you can always sell your deposit. I was one of those guys on the waiting list and called every couple months to see if anyone wanted to drop their order/sell their deposit - didn't happen.

Anyway's, just my opinion. Maybe I'm just a famae fanboy, but I'm dam happy. Here's a pic of my mini.

    Cheers

The saf 200 is also one of the ugliest guns on the market so that probably helped alot
