Interesting idea. Although, I have no training or experience with concealed carry but this concept seems a bit more complicated than it needs to be. One more un-necessary muscle movement... I take it the chamber is loaded when holstered which leads me to believe you will run the risk of a negligent discharge in the heat of the moment.
