    I’m not to picky.. ha ha

    I was at the range in Deer Lake, couple months ago, and I watched a guy torque his rings down with a screw driver.
    He was reaving on it,at least 100 inch lbs.. lol

    I was gonna say something, but thought,what the heck.

    Here's some settings for a common brand:

    Leupold: Base screws 14 in/lbs, ring screws, 15-17 in/lbs, and 45 in/lbs on the windage screw, 65 in/lbs on the cross bolt for the Mk IV ring.

    rings to scope base, the cross bolt you will want 65in-lb
    scope ring caps tighten in a cross pattern to 15in-lb
