The OP is quite a work of art. Awhile back someone suggested putting problem children on their ignore list as a reminder to never deal with them. I did and sure enough, it works wonders. Guess it doesn't matter as any EE post I'm interested in will get a Trader Rating peek anyways.

How does a criminal like this remain active on the site without receiving a ban?
5+ feedbacks of his say they sent him money and the item never arrived and he stopped responding to pm’s.

They also offer a law enforcement discount on everything except ammo/firearms.
Definitely encourages me to shop there!
I wonder how that goes untouched as well,considering all the minor things that do get people banned.
