pretty sure you cant launch a new website without offering an awesome sale, there's a few things I've been holding off on in your Canadian store waiting for one.

I have found that as long as you know what you want and that the product you are ordering will work for the aplacation you intend it for it's great. But if you have a issue good luck getting someone to talk to about it. I have tryed to contact IRG about returns or if products they stock will work with the firearm in question. I call and get a " leave a message and number and we will get back to you" never happens...... Ever. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 months with no response from IRG, so I belive there is room for improvement in the customer service department. Because as of now it doesn't exist or it takes longer than 2 months for a response.

Search function doesn't work. Pages are extremely slow to open. Reticle is tacky and unnecessary if the pages would load at a normal speed.

Agreed... makes it hard to shop there easily.

They do build this into the USD price you see on the Canadian store, for items already in country.

I don't even use the Canadian site, the American site has everything and since I'm a patient person (most times) I don't care if the item's already "in country". The only thing I wish they would do away with is the $25 shipping fee to get it here. Either don't charge a $25 transportation/importation fee (one can dream) or build it into the price just like every other retailer in the world.

I think others have covered most of my initial criticisms... One biggie for me that didn't get covered is the number of items per page/pages to click through... I suggest either adding the option to choose more items per page, or just reconfigure so more items display per page with fewer pages to click through. It's easier, and less frustrating to scroll down a larger page than it is to navigate and click to each next page. Especially if the site is moving slowly. Does that make sense? Also, please clearly indicate that prices are in USD somewhere on each page, or list the item prices indicated in USD.

I know but I don't use the Canadian site. I'm probably alone but I want the Canadian site to basically be a portal of the American site.

Why don’t you guys get an option that allows people to switch to CDN from USD?
I feel like it would be in everyone’s favour
