There may be a Kindle version. No plans for an audio version but I guess one could be made if there was demand.
On page two of the amazon preview it states: Printed in Canada.
But its not available in Canada?!

Uhm, no thanks....I am just so pleased to see my new shooters wear large smiles at my clinics...I would always share with Morgan or chalkriver2.3 at the end of each weekend the sight of our clinic dudes shaking hands and swapping business cards in the parking lot. That view for me is priceless....
This textbook will be taking my clinic and delivery and client satisfaction UP a level.... what’s not to like??
