So everything is now mute, Barton’s Big Country LIED and is getting away with trafficking a prohibited device.
They flooded the county with over 3,000 prohibited magazines and is so far only notifying customers unofficially on Facebook suggesting the customer work on a prohibited device themselves and pin to 5 which is of course breaking another law.
They also offer a recall program to refund the magazines.
I am actually surprised they are offering anything. No such offer was given in regards to the beowulf mags they sold that were also "rcmp approved"
If it's either loud, obnoxious, fast, hated by the general population or any combination of these, I OWN IT!!

and this is why nobody cared about what you were saying and thought your statements were irrelevant lol
you were wrong from the beginning and most of us knew it
Has nothing to do with being right or wrong, everything said and done is based on the premise the vendor legally imported with prior approval from the RCMP according to multiple statements they made, that turns out to be a total lie, now they need to be held accountable.

anyone can make up anything in any department of life bud
if you didn't understand why it was prohibited from the beginning, well.. you are just one of those people :P
Read it long time ago, completely different, dude imported 30 round tubes and 'intended' to limit them with a rivet...
Where as these are manufactured pistol magazines sold legally in Canada after imported, AS IS, legally by National Canadian Retailer...
Finally, nothing in the law, as written, declares the tube itself must be limited, only that capacity must be limited in a permanent way including by way of a plug.
Now I agree per the law, as written, the magazine base-pad should be permanently affixed to comply with the law when using a plug by any permanent way such as epoxy, glue, a rivet, whatever as long as the plug is not removable, if the plug cannot come out and is permanently attached to the magazine in any way it is fully compliant to the law.
Read the law for what it is, not what you want to make it.
If its permanent, the base pad, then how would you ever clean or service the mag? Then they become "disposable", which is what they used to be intended as..
But I digress.
