    Cool Rpg-2

    Hello,

I see there are some non restricted RPG 2’s in Canada. I researched more into them and discovered they are much cheaper in the US. Can you import these as we consider them non restricted rifles? And what about dewat versions?

    Thanks!

If you can get past U.S. law then call CBSA and they'll give you the good word. I'm guessing Canada will be fine unless there's an import restriction but itar will probably pose a problem. CBSA doesn't enforce U.S. export laws (as far as I know).

They have to be demilled in the USA, or else they are class 3 destructive devices, and you cannot export them as per BATF export regulations.

The ones here are non firearms and although many in Canada are deactivated, some are live and that's ok here from my understanding. You can get the 7.62x39 trainer rockets.

Not possible. Just like a LAW NM72 they are considered rounds of ammunition, not realoadable.

Isn't it then seen as a spent casing?

I know there are legal, civilian owned AT4s in Canada, so I was wondering about the technicalities of exporting one from the USA.
