Canadian site new account

Hello,

Looking at setting up an account on the Canadian site, but it says the verification code does not match, yet it does.
I have cleared my cache and tried again with negative results. I attempted to use the Contact Us portion of the site but it also utilizes the verification code
that says does not match.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It might be a good idea if you give them a call. They seem very helpful on the phone.
