Norinco ammo has always come from China, not sure what you are trying to figure out
If it's either loud, obnoxious, fast, hated by the general population or any combination of these, I OWN IT!!

You think they no longer produce 7.62x51 ammo?

Honestly likely not in the large quantities they did before ever since China themselves developed their own round to be used in their own standard military rifle the 5.8mm and I doubt they would get rid of the 7.62x39 but as far as 7.62x51 I suspect they would continue to make it for other markets but as far as surplus goes they don’t have an infinite supply so no I don’t think they will stop making it if they can make money but as far as getting it this cheap I feel the price will steadily rise as it does to all surplus ammunition on the market as it drys up

It’s surplus man I don’t see any new production ammunition company’s selling 1970-80s ammunition in bulk like this and theirs been plenty of 7.62 NATO rifles China’s experimented with, for gods sake they got the tooling to make the M14s, they’ve made NDM-86 or NAR-751 if they seen it they have probably already copied it and tried it out
