At first I was like how do you clamp that in the vise?? I've never thought to use it vertical before.

You could probably make the flat spot 6.5" so it will fit in a normal vise horizontally.

Can the double-ended tool only be used in the vertical position? or can it be secured in a vise both vertically and horizontally?

You could probably use it horizontally if you had a couple of wood/brass/plastic blocks that fit those rectangular cut outs or maybe if the cut outs were enlarged, no?

Just used your ar15 version to install my first barrel last weekend . Worked great fit nicely in my aero upper and ibi barrel.

Will be making another order for some more parts soon.

    Thanks
