I can get you a picture of the ‘official’ Colt Canada barrel nut wrench. But not until I get home in a couple of weeks, I’m away for work currently.

It most certainly is. The barrel extension torque abilities are secondary.

I see that you guys have sourced some reasonably priced "reaction rod".

Perhaps you guys can consider sourcing some barrel wrenches for the Colt Canada IUR? It is basically a steel tube with tooth at one end to engage the barrel nut. The other end of the tube can be machined so it can be mated to a regular barrel wrench.
