    The critical part determining classification of the revolving carbines is the design of the grip frame. If the grip frame is esentially the same as the handgun, accepting the same components (see circuit judge), the gun is restricted. In the Uberti revolving carbine the grip frame is not the same and components like the hammer spring to not interchange with the handgun. Therefore it meets all criteria to be non-restricted and is classified as such.
