I have two Stainless ones. One is a REM which I use often. 38 works great in it. The second one is a JM stamped and has never been fired. A bit of a safe queen for now.
Apparently Marlin has just started production on the 1894 SBL and the 1894 CSBL. I’m told they won’t arrive in Canada until January.
If Gravel could verify this it would be much appreciated!....
In addition, I have been quoted a retail price of $1250.00 for either model from at least one reputable dealer here in BC.
Just wondering if Gravel's heard any updates on 1894 CSBL? Waiting for this as well haha.

Been staring at EE for these JM stamped for the last few weeks, would be interested in getting a new Remlin one as well
