It's a rim fire cartridge, if it used rifle mags there would be no capacity limit.
If the stock was pinned in place then it would be non restricted it should be at least it would be over 26 inches long then
I know flash hiders don't contribute to barrel length but I'm pretty sure they do to overall length

I've been eyeing a pmr 30 for a couple years but often wondered about accuracy.
I probably would have jumped on one years ago if we could load the mag to its full potential. .
I often thought that if we lived in a free country it would be a convenient wilderness carry package for small game or dispatching critters
Definitely in for a CMR-30.
