Just as a note about Canada vs USA rebate program. I spoke with Bushnell Canada this am. They have the 30% off in 30 days in Canada. From what they told me it will be a rebate cheque they mail, not prepaid Visa card. The rep I spoke with said they have been waiting for the website to get updated with the form, so in mean time they emailed it to me, and I had it by end of phone call.
Appears to be some confusion as to whether this rebate applies to Elite tactical line. Sounds like retailers are standing behind the offer but thought it best to let everyone know ahead of purchase.

When you read the fine print on the rebate form the American one says the elite scopes are not included, however the Canadian one does not list them in the excluded items section.
Yeah, super sloppy of them to put both the US and Canadian promotions on the Canadian website.
