    Not if they are the ones I use.. but wear them with long underwear and they are great. somewhat water proof.

    Only the old combat coats had the corduroy collar. The newer ones were gortex before they were upgraded to the Cadpat ICE jacket/system. The one pictured is a combat jacket.
