    Someone please tell me what is the difference between the two for $50. Is it just the colour?

    I believe it has last round bolt hold open. Anybody confirm?

    I'd also like to know if dry firing is ok too. Thanks.

    It has a last round bolt hold open. They say it is safe to dry fire occasionally, but with rimfires you don't want to dry fire a lot as the firing pin can break.

    Or more commonly it can peen the chamber and cause failure to fires...

    That said most modern designs don't have that issue.
