woah, this is great... you are defiantly opening the doors up for some new stuff up here, now do your magic with ruger and get us non-restricted ruger PCC. Tempted to order a PMR and a CMR, the magazines are interchangeable between the both right?

Same mags yes.....that’s why the rifle mags are pinned!
 
If they made the cmr in 22lr with a slightly different mag when then they would have a real winner.....or just another full cap rim fire semi!
