Resurrecting this thread.. Obligatory "any update when these will be here" question and a related one: any confirmation on if the rear sight plate will be included with purchase or if it will be separate? Will the gun be ready to shoot, regardless of the other optic plates being available, when I buy it in other words?

I just got some updates from a gun shop the pistol will soon be here, however, the bad news is the plate from CZ for mounting the optic will not be here in Canada until at least March to April 2019.
Which means even we've got the pistol it is basically useless for now until next year.
