The person interviewed on AM770, this week said "go fund me" removed the account they set up. Also "go fund me" takes a pretty good sized chunk of the donation

thanks. Donation sent. Meth'd up thieves are one step away from home invasion. They will stop at nothing or anyone in their way. I know because unfortunately I caught one in my attached garage about 10 years ago. It was a good thing because I was about to leave for the night. Leaving my wife and 2 youngins alone....

From what I understand gofundme will not allow him..as the rcmp charged him criminally...and although not proven in court...they wont let anybody with criminal charges (proven or not) be funded on their page

    Damn. Good to know.

Hopefully IRG keeps the thread updated with the total donations received so far, and maybe a goal in mind.

Im glad that this man and his family are safe. from what i gathered he shot at the suspects in his driveway? If so that unfortunately may be a tough sell to the court. There was a similar situation in Hamilton a couple years ago. I can't remember if he got off or not. Its hard to justify a life threat when they aren't in the house or trying to get in. Hard to know their intent though.

Has there been any specific details posted anywhere about the events that happened here?

And I'm telling you, left-leaning-urban-elites...the people who overwhelmingly support the Justin Trudeau Liberals...don't give a damn about you rural people.
They believe that they are intellectually and morally superior and therefore your views, your concerns, your beliefs and your values...those that differ from theirs... are irrelevant.
In fact, they go farther than this: they believe that they should dictate to you how you live, what you may believe, and what your values should be.
I know this to be true because I live and work among them. They are a scary bunch...
