The point of this post is to see if other people were having the same issue, in which case I would ask for a refund vs replacement. They were contacted and I only received an automated message at the moment.

They dont always make things right fyi
God is good
the few quality control issues i had with Norinco stuff was dealt with quickly and fairly, that was 3 years ago, maybe something has changed lately,
Give the dealer/retailer an opportunity to make things right. I get being disappointed (I would be too) but s**t happens, and is even more likely to happen with econo-grade gear. CA is a busy dealer too, so give them a chance to get back to you...be courteous, and I'd be shocked if the outcome wasn't a good one.
You would be lucky to find a place that will take care of you as a customer as well as Canadaammo, even after posting negatively about one of their products. I have personally purchased 7-8 norinco branded guns myself and the customer service on the 2 I had issues with was unreal in a good way. Give em a chance and you will be impressed.
maybe buy quality firearms.... i have an older wingmaster in ee that has never failed... likely never will. 300$ would likely take it... how much was that dominion 250$?
Could always call TI and see if they have any bent guns left...
