    John, I still have a headache from reading the new changes..... it looks like the Kodiak is not on the list ,similar to non restricted CSA-VZ58's and for some reason got a pass.

    So silly.
    Our Government trusts rivets more then law abiding gun owners.

    Neither the Kodiak receivers, or any CSA VZ58 firearms are affected by this. ( As far as I can tell I'm still reading through this bill. The only affected firearm family at this time are the true CZ-858s, built on CZ receivers, that are written into this bill, if it passes )

    Rolling prohibitions are not part of the bill.

    Reversing C42 is.

    Not sure what you mean by rolling prohibitions, but this new bill goes beyond reversing C42.
