Yes it will be a nice gun to pack, friendly on the length side of things, but yes close to 10lbs, not so great for dragging up the mountains, but I have seen guys pack heavier. To each their own.

Sorry, this gun will come set up right out of the box with optics a burnet turret and ammo, it will only be sold as package.

    Sounds like a great build!

The Gunwerks brand is not for everyone, and comes with a price tag that is not for everyone, but for the guys that own them or have had the sheer delight of shooting the GW product, they understand.

Oh absolutely, I played with one the GW actions you guys have in store seemed like nice stuff. Actually have some GW 257ammo as well I have yet to try, that said the price does seem a bit outlandish but I'm not about to gripe about it, to each their own. If I was to buy another high end rifle it'd go for one the the blaser r8 you guys bring in with a GRS stock.

Your right, I never looked at the weight. It looks a lot lighter than it is.

You need to hold one of these rifles and see what’s included before judging the price. Ammo and scope alone is pushing 10k$ by my estimate.

Extremely fine rifle/scope/shooting package, where much of the guesswork of setting up a long range package is done for you. Granted, not for everybody, but holy crap it’s a nice set-up!
