Yea it almost seems like it's hit it's cap which is terribly unfortunate.

it might seem like the count is slowing down but it hasn't even been a month yet and there's still a lot of people that are not aware of C-71 and the petition to scrap it, just gotta keep bringing it up every chance we get

Exactly. My local club just finally sent out a notice about C-71 (and the petition) last night. I'm sure there are other clubs that have yet to do so. We're the "leading edge" here, the rest will catch up but it will take time.

While it is unlikely they will scrap the bill, if the pushback is big enough it may stop them from using section 12.9 further.
