    Even if these receive the desirable classification in the expected time frame (Octoberish) I don't believe we will see product in customer hands until early 2019. Production doesn't happen overnight either.

    I'm not being pessimistic, just realistic.

    Back to patiently waiting..... impatiently

    I would like to think so as well but without firm confirmation of status from the overlords it just doesn't make good business sense to put time and money into building advance inventory.

    There should be NO reason this doesn't get NR classification but who knows. At this point all we can do is wait and speculate.

    He does, however, unlike the SLR crew, have production experience and it's a design he's been manufacturing for a while, so I'm guessing his turnaround from the time he gets the FRT to the first finished receiver sets won't be that long at all.
