The article says converted to semi auto. This makes them prohib right away. This same issue was part of the reason that certain series of CZ 858 got banned a few years ago.

Depends on how it was "converted". If they converted the full auto design by starting fresh with a semi auto only receiver then it would be fine unless deemed a variant of a prohib type. Or of course... easily converted.

Tons of people already spend 3k or more on 3 moa guns, also wolf produces regular FMJ ammo in 9x39 and its starting to be brought into the us. The converted to semi auto is the only issue unfortunately.
