Anyone Else Have Customer Service Issues with GG&S?

Just wondering if I am the 'lucky' order or if post order customer service issues are part and parcel from ordering from GG&S. I had an order that during the ordering process I had decent response time from them, however when it arrived I had received a similar but different item then what I ordered. Any followup for clarification with them has been completely ignored.

Also did not notice they charged HST on every order until after ordering (so I suppose that ones on me), but that sort of lazy billing practice compared to any other retailer I have dealt with is not impressive either.

I haven't seen anything from you in regards to any order with us, did you give us a call?
I generally try and get back to everyone as fast as I can.
If you give me a call here at the store I'm sure I can fix the problem.
