You realize people buy these products for hunting, camping etc. So he just used this as satire for a plug on these products. He probably has a #### ton sitting around. Actually that can very well be said about USA. They only take on weak independent countries, like Syria and Libya and Yemen, while propping head chopping psychopaths, like the Saudis and Nazis in Ukraine.

And yes. Having some basic survival provisions for a few weeks is not tin foil idea. With most of the country living in cities, with provisions for no more than a week, a little food, water and basics should be mandatory.
