How come the magazine is pinned to 10? Correct me if I am wrong but Non Restricted rimfire gun can use 30,50,100 ammo capacity.

They need to bring one in with a shorter barrel that's still over 26". They make longer barrels for the Canadian market, now they need to make a shorter barrel for the same purpose.
