Yup, All I am grasping here is that the RCMP Firearm Lab makes paradoxical laws that require access to alternate dimensions and time machines in order to abide by them.

If these magazines are truly this invented term "dual purpose" it means that they have two more purposes than the entire Firearms Lab put together.

This is an example of what Ralph Goodale considers "fair and accurate classification"

This is technically a fair assessment.

Have these been offered before in Canada pinned? Just curious if anyone knows how they run when pinned.

What's the point? Just use the stock Ruger 10rd. mag.

there are some who are not bothered about a rivet that could fall out,an RCMP recommendation is NOT law,not yet at least, there's a whole lot of people who still use these, and the RCMP has DROPPED all charges on the few that did get charged, and haven't charged another one yet, wonder what would happen if a case went to court and they had to try a get a judge to convict someone with something that there is no ACTUAL law on,they would loose every other case that follows, and i sure hope there's a lawyer out there just waiting to get busted with a 25 round mag to force them to court, thay have to know it's going to happen at some point, you can't keep bullying people and not think that sometime you'll get exposed,
