Cerakote BC - my experience and huge shout out!

    Hello CGN'ers,
Just wanted to share my experience with Frank @ Cerakote BC.

Besides my hunting/shooting addiction, I have to add golfing to the list. I recently picked up a Scotty Cameron putter in a trade that had seen better days. It needed some serious sanding to remove the dings and scratches which i cleaned up myself with the notion of getting the putter head cerakoted.

A quick search of Cerakote places i found someone in my Alberta area (not Cerakote BC) that could perform the work. I called them up, only to be quite bummed out by the quoted price. Off to CGN to search out other options for another company to perform the work when i came across Cerakote BC.

Frank with Cerakote BC was quick to respond to my inquiry, and quoted me a price that was substantially cheaper than the local company even with me have to pay to ship it both ways! In the mail the putter head went so that Frank could perform his magic.

What i received back turned out even more amazing than i had expected! Thought I would share the results with community. Although not a firearm part or accessory, this post is more about the positive experience with Cerakote BC and Frank on all aspects of communication, quality of work and pricing!

a pic on the putter b4 I performed the sanding...

and after Frank had did his work

Everybody has a stainless coffee mug. But honestly, it's hard to do the small projects since they are still time consuming .

quick newbie question, Are you not afraid of the coating chipping off the striking face(not a golfer so I don't know the proper terms) with use over time???
