    Machete buttstock please.

    Hey CanAm!

I saw this thread posted by grelmar, and I thought to myself “hey self, that buttstock is the kind of thing canam could whip up, and sell as an accessory to some of their popular survival/back pack/novelty/zombie shotguns...”

Dunno how practical it’d be, but the idea of a survival or back pack gun that’s also a machete is pretty intriguing to me...

    Oh, heck...

What we really need is an NR version of the gun, only in more common chambering. Say... SxS 20 gauge over, and 7.62x39 under.

Be really hard to make, and probably expensive. Indexing all 3 barrels would be pretty challenging, from a manufacturing standpoint.

Why would indexing the barrel be any more difficult than the POS Savage rifle/shotgun combo?

This could be the stupidest gun out there. Maybe on par with the double 1911.

Someone didn't get their cup of joy yet ! Another take on a Survival type firearm . I would be more than happy to have something like that if I found my self in a hard way ! Looks have not much to do with function . Chrome won't get ya home ! ( thinking that zombie" is what ticked them off )

I think that'd be a great addition to a "Swiss army" survival rifle kit. Screw the haters

If not a machete, perhaps a hatchet would be more palatable to the masses?

    I wouldn't buy one. I'd buy 3.
