Customer service is amazing! Placed an order online on a Sunday and received an email from Tom shortly after about my order and that it will be shipped out first thing Monday morning. When my package shipped the actual shipping charges were lower than the online calculator charged me and Tom refunded the difference!! That was a first for me.
