Currently, this is our company policy regarding pre-orders.

It more so refers to people getting impatient and demanding a refund when delivery times, shipping, export, import, customs etc... are out of our control as a retailer. If in the off chance the product never lands in the country, we are reasonable folks and always take care of our customers.
