Magpul is all ITAR regulated, rumour is even the hats are. It’s prison if the US side catches you bringing it across without permits and paperwork.

It’s a rumour to me about the hat, but they don’t ship anything directly to Canada due to permits. At least they didn’t 5 years ago when I tried.
It's true, all Magpul products are covered by ITAR or the EAR, which is similar. Imagine wanting a wallet, or a pair of shorts and the US gov't considers it potentially harmful to US citizens that you as a non-US citizen could acquire them...
