questions about restricted pal and att

Hey people. After having my non restricted for a couple of years i have decided to get my restricted before the liberals start trying to #### #### up and i have a couple of question regarding the license and the att's. so first when my license arrives im assuming that i have to call to provide the name of my range for the att or does it come with that on the range already?(im in new brunswick ) 2nd is the att valid for every restricted firearm i get or do i have have to get one for each firearm.and lastly when i purchase my first handgun or ar i understand that i need to call to get a short term att to transport it home. the guys who taugh my course didnt talk about att's at all. Thanks

When you complete your Restricted course you will receive a new licence in the mail initially. When you buy your first restricted, you will be given a transfer number from the seller once they have initiated the transfer. You will then call the CFO with that number to complete the transfer. While you are on the phone with them, ask them for the email address to send a copy/pic/scan of your range membership too. Send them an email with your transfer number as the subject and a pic of your range membership.
Also ask them to Email you the Transfer Notification,,,if you do not ask they will snail mail it to you and that can take a couple of weeks so make sure you do this!! Once you receive the Transfer Notification by email you can print it out and go pick up your gun if local, or the seller can mail it to you at this point.
A couple of weeks after all this is done and you have bought your first restricted you will receive a new Rpal licence with your conditions attached to the card( yes it's stupid but you will get a new licence after you just got a new licence lol)
After this, all future purchases are added electronically to your licence.

Is it enough to fire in a locked container for handguns?
