Are these one and done or is there a reloading option?

Frankly this is a quick fix for issues on the farm. I’d buy one or two just to have in case of emergency.

It's one shot deal as it burns at 5000deg
    It will even cut underwater.
So if u have somthing trapped and had to cut somthing underwater it's not an issue.

Going to test that when I go diving this summer.

Yea they are a pocket version of the tactical tourch, basically a Stick welder without the flux. Seen the real version melt through a 2” hardended steel blast shield. When we were building breaching doors for TRT many years ago.

The nice part is no car battery or a Gas tank to lug with you. The practical use would be for keyed on bolt locks. Lol no need to drop $80 to melt a bike lock when my double hinged harden steel bolt cutters and will do it for free.

Can these be light with a lighter, stricter or does it need a special or electrical ignition?

The base mode Comea wirh a very large waterproof match.
Other models come with electrical starter.
The company thank makes them OEM,s for most of the other versions of this product.

It's like Davecon 2 part aluminum epoxy.
Davcon makes it oem for 27 other brands.
I know 1 use to do all the retail packaging for the brands in Canada.
