I'd buy one for sure. IRG doesn't seem interested in taking our money.
Don’t these need to have the long barrel to export them to Canada thus defeating the purpose?
wouldn't "other means" include taking off a stock and putting on a pistol grip to achieve below OAL.There is no OAL or barrel length restriction for a manual action that doesn't fold or telescope I own multiple stubby NR shotguns.
OAL only applies to semi autos or when telescopingINCORRECT
18.5" rule only applies to semi-auto center fires!
As this is a manual action, only the minimum OAL applies. Since it does not have a folding/collapsible stock, even the OAL does not apply. This falls into the same category as Ranch hands which are below 26" OAL.
OAL only applies to semi autos or when telescoping
What about the over-under shotgun from TI it's 23 inches and still non restricted
To be clear my question was regarding the US DOJ not allowing certain shotguns with below 18inch barrel from being exported out of the US for civilian sales and for some reason the ksg tactical was caught up in it. From the ones I’ve seen they were the ksg compact and not the ksg tactical the difference being 4” of barrel. Any owners chime in thanks
Irunguns has sold these in Canada and they are NR on the FRT.
Because the Canadian distributor for Kel tech is not willing to import them is an entirely seperate issue
